248 Hours Left...
oh my gosh... there's so little time left...
Hello everyone, today I have a pretty fast update heading towards yall. You may have heard that I have a new project coming out very very soon... and its name used to be The Indie Pop Gaming Mixtape. There's so much to talk about regarding it and what is upcoming for ELE in the next few weeks, so let's get into it.
First, why did I say that its name "used to be" The Indie Pop Gaming Mixtape? Well, I decided to change it about now to something I feel invokes the chaotic nature of the project itself, and putting it together, >GamingMixtape. This new project name serves to better fit how this project lived inside my head, alongside the fact that the original name was already a big mouthful and a satirical joke anyways.
Number two, Silksong streams for the current month have been placed on pause due to the chaotic amount of things I'm working on all at once that doesn't allow for any more streams to really happen currently. I'm sorry to have hyped up their return so much, but I really can't do anything about this due to the workload my school is handing me out (Shoutout to it only being half of my classes giving me this much work, yall suck.) I'll try to make as much time to work on ELE as I can, but it's a little impossible for me to do much more than than what I've done already.
Lastly, I'm working on getting the Bandcamp page for >GamingMixtape up by 2/20. This goal may not be met, but please be patient with me. Promotional material is also heavily behind, and I ask for your patience as I work to get it all out over (hopefully) the next 3 months. I'm focusing on trying to finish the music first over making some fancy animations, and speaking of the music...! I've gotten 3 out of 7 tracks done, alongside a track that just needs vocals (LYRICS ARE DONE!), two that need pretty decent reworks, and one that is being developed very fast and is coming to be one of my favorites! There's a lot of work to be done still, but overall, I wanna say I've already sunk over a hundred hours in this process, and I can't wait to get back to traditional art and video making after this process. These past four months, I've really gotten to learn so much about producing and singing, and I'm so excited for all my efforts to be out there!
